![]() ![]() I realize that online is where the money today is. If Diablo 4 will be like 5-20 hours of content for single, I just as exclusively single player game, don´t see worth to spend 60 $ plus a lot more in DLC. It took me like 140 hours to finish it, a game that has so more Diablo 2 feeling that Diablo 3. It seems that in Diablo 4 could be the same or worst.Ī month ago I finished Grim Dawn plus expansion. In Diablo 3 single player experience was. Diablo 2 campaign was dozens of hours of high quality fan. If for them the best experience is playing online, that´s probably just meaning that single player experience will be even more diminished. But as always the devil´s in the details. Yeas, I know that they also said that you can ignore that and run solo. Im not complaining about have having connection to run the game, but about that. You´re right, but what I understand from that statement is that even if you want play as single, you will have some MMO elements in you let´s play. This is definitely a step in the right direction for Diablo and I'm excited to one day see the final result. They have taken our feedback so far, and that has brought us closer to a true Diablo sequel, such as a return of the dark horror, trading, PvP, etc. The devs are actively taking feedback from the community, and it shows. ![]() While I agree it would be nice to have an offline mode, I don't think it should have as much weight as people have been complaining. Yes, people can still cheat online, but at least they have the ability to detect and ban those players if they so choose. This is due to wanting to protect their game from hackers and cheaters. I heard the developers say that you can play the entire Diablo IV game by yourself, aka, single player.īut there is no ability to play the game offline, you still have to be connected. There's "single player" and then there's "offline" mode. ![]() I just want to make sure you guys understand something.
